PROJECT DETAILS:
Brief: Clients require larger kitchen and dining room plus conversion of existing roof space into additional living accommodation. The existing roof is to be completely removed and replaced with open volume space to create necessary headroom and width. The planning officer required the roof alterations to be kept virtually within the existing volume. Ground floor also extended at rear.
Accommodation: Extended kitchen and dining room at ground floor level; new bedrooms, bathrooms and storage at first floor level.
Contract value (est.): £50,000 - £75,000 (ex. VAT).
On site: Spring 2008.
Contractor: To be appointed.
Structural Engineers: Victoria Design Group, Caton.
